Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities; develop and implement business strategies (e.g., market entry, product expansion, partnerships, pricing models); create scenario analyses and business cases to support decision‑making; track KPIs and generate actionable insights to optimize revenue, margins, and operational efficiency. Growth Initiatives: Lead cross‑functional projects such as product launches, marketing campaigns and operational improvements; identify and evaluate new revenue streams, customer segments, and business models; build relationships with external stakeholders (partners, clients, investors) to drive growth. Operational Excellence: Streamline internal processes and workflows to enhance productivity and scalability; partner with leadership to align teams with strategic priorities and resolve bottlenecks; prepare executive‑level presentations, board materials, and progress reports. Founder Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the co‑founders, managing priorities, communications, and special projects; anticipate challenges and propose solutions to keep the company on track to meet goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Management. 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high‑growth startup. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English; ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
