We are looking for a hands‑on AI Engineer to join the team and build core AI features, including chat-based solutions, to help shape the technical backbone of our platform. Responsibilities AI Chat Platform Development: Design, build, and optimize AI chat functionalities using frameworks like Langchain, LLMs, and vector databases. Integrate these solutions to automate workflows and enhance user experience. Cloud & DevOps for AI: Design and deploy cloud‑based environments on AWS/GCP/Azure. Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards. Solution Delivery & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions. Identify bottlenecks, develop effective fixes, and document system architectures for knowledge sharing. Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience in an AI/ML engineering role. (Junior candidates with less experience will also be considered.) Technical Expertise: Hands‑on experience building AI chat platforms or conversational AI tools (e.g., Langchain). Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Deepseek), vector databases, and prompt engineering. Proficiency in Python. Cloud & DevOps Skills: Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) or equivalent. Skills in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and monitoring. Mindset: A proactive problem‑solver with a can‑do spirit, able to deliver in a fast‑paced startup and thrive in ambiguous situations. Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Bonus Qualifications Experience in startups or fast‑paced tech environments. Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry workflows. Knowledge of data preprocessing, fine‑tuning LLMs, or building custom AI models.
