About this role Currently we are looking for a Head of MEP who has acquired full‑spectrum project management and strong engineering background to join their project development team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities As a Head of MEP, you will be responsible for managing large‑scale composite development projects in Hong Kong from initial stage to completion, including the coordination and integration of design planning, contract administration, technical activities, managing external consultants and contractors and moreover ensuring projects will be delivered within standard quality, schedule and budget. Review and ensure that the scope is well defined and that the design brief combined with the conceptual, preliminary, detailed design & construction drawings accurately reflect the user requirements from a building services engineering perspective. Qualifications Degree in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering At least 15 years working in MEP Engineering sector Solid design and site experience in MEP engineering Familiar with building ordinance, full‑spectrum project delivery and well coordinate with consultants, main contractors and government officials Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese This is an unique opportunity to work for a renowned property developer that continually drives and offers the upward potential for strong career progression throughout the organisation.
