This includes developing new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing and qualifying candidates, and managing the offer process through to successful placement. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering high-quality talent solutions to clients across your specialist market. Key Competencies Prior recruitment experience, ideally within our core sectors. Strong desire to operate as a 360 recruiter, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Strong client relationships management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships. Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented approach to achieving targets. Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset. For management-level roles : demonstrated experience in leading teams, setting performance goals, and consistently exceeding targets.
