Job Duties

• Providing assistance and quality services to passengers in the area of Intermodal Transfer Terminal, Waiting Lounge, Terminal Service Desk, Baggage handling, and Transfer Cabin (Included travel document checking)

Job Requirements

• Form 5 education (HKCEE) or Form 6 (HKDSE) or above; or Form 3 education or above with minimum 2 years of experience in airline operation or other relevant fields
• Fluent in Cantonese, conversant in simple English and Putonghua
• Experience in airport operations is preferred

This position requires shift work, with hours scheduled between 05:40 and 00:40, totaling 9.5 hours of work each day, including a 1-hour meal break, work 6 days a week (shift holiday).
