Financial Analyst – Entry to Mid Level

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to help guide business decisions and ensure organizational financial health. The role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing reports, and providing insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. The Financial Analyst works closely with finance teams, management, and other stakeholders to interpret financial results, identify trends, and support operational and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements and summaries, performing variance analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing operational and market data, and contributing to ad‑hoc financial projects. The role may also involve developing financial models, assisting with scenario planning, and helping ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies. By delivering accurate and timely financial analysis, the Financial Analyst helps management make informed decisions and supports effective financial planning and performance monitoring.
