Take full responsibility for HR coordination for both international and local employees, including work visa applications, process follow‑ups, and document management, ensuring proper handling of complex and compliance‑related matters. Manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers, resolving any issues in the process, and providing comprehensive HR and administrative support for both local and international assignments. Proactively provide administrative support for employees, including reception, accommodation, and daily living arrangements, helping employees efficiently adapt to local work and life environments. Organize and drive team‑building and employee engagement activities for both local and overseas staff to enhance employee belonging, satisfaction, and team cohesion. Work closely with BPs and related departments to optimize and improve cross‑border HR and administrative processes, enhancing team collaboration and service quality. Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment markets, labor regulations, and policies in Hong Kong and related regions, providing timely HR compliance support to the team. Handle daily HR and administrative tasks flexibly and efficiently, addressing various employee issues and urgent situations while safeguarding employee rights and overall company interests. What you'll need Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles; familiarity with the employment market and HR management processes in Hong Kong or surrounding regions; hands‑on experience in managing international employees, work visa applications, and relocation support. High sense of responsibility and proactiveness, capable of efficiently handling complex and urgent HR and administrative issues; able to identify problems and continuously optimise employee experience and team atmosphere. Experience in employee engagement and team event planning, skilled at organising diverse activities that encourage participation and strengthen team building. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with different departments and BPs.
