Associate Financial Analyst

Purpose of Role Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, this position is a critical role to support our restaurant support and operation team to drive our efficiency initiatives. Responsibilities Preparing regular reports for management review by extraction of financial data from POS and BI system. Analyzing historical and current financial data, and making financial forecast, to understand the company’s financial condition and guide organizational decision making. Support in weekly / period end closing process and reporting to headquarters. Developing and revamping existing reports. Support spot check of stocktake in restaurants to ensure accurate inventory management. Cooperate with restaurant support and operation teams to measure financial risk associated with investment decisions. Assist in annual budgeting. Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Finance / Accounting or related discipline is preferable. Familiar with MS Office application including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. With BI experience preferred but not a must. Good command in Spoken and Written English and Cantonese. Detail‑mindful, self‑motivated, responsible and a good team player.
