One of our group companies with a business specializing in state-of-the‑art environmental engineering solutions is hiring a Senior Engineering Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage projects. Responsibilities Assist in formulating effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Identify and develop new business opportunities, following up on various projects independently. Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and conditions, including pricing, for key customers. Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from design and sourcing to procurement, installation, completion, and aftersales support across Hong Kong and China. Serve as the primary contact for major accounts, ensuring excellent customer service while coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers for seamless project execution. Keep abreast about competitor activities and market trends by attending trade shows and conferences. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, building services engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Building Services/Air Conditioning, with a strong emphasis on customer service, business development, and project management in Hong Kong/China. Experience in HVAC/environmental/green engineering is preferred. Proven track record in new business development and key account management. Strong customer management skills, particularly with high‑end clients. Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively. Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset; self‑motivated and a collaborative team player. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua (simplified Chinese).
