Responsibilities: Assist for daily operations of individual and group medical insurance claims handling. Approve claims cases within own claims authority. Meet the claim service standard and turnaround time. Provide administration support in claims area, review and revise claims workflows. Handle claims related enquiries. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: University Graduate or above. 1-2years relevant experience in Medical Insurance Claim handling. Knowledge of Medical Insurance products, claims procedure and operations. Good problem solving skill and sense of compliance. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
