Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute our digital content strategy. You will collaborate with our marketing team and relevant creative departments to produce engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products across search, display, video, and social media platforms. Campaign Management: Prepare and manage advertising plans, optimizing online advertisements through channels such as Facebook, Google AdWords, YouTube, and programmatic advertising to drive leads and conversions. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing efforts. Content Creation: Develop engaging bilingual (Chinese & English) content, including campaigns, ads, social media posts, newsletters, and website copy, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic goals. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and cross‑functional teams to implement promotional materials and content operations. Administrative Management: Oversee budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks associated with digital marketing efforts. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related discipline. Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in the retail, health product, or FMCG industries. Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with Google AdWords, YouTube, GDN, social media management tools, SEO tools, and analytics platforms. Creative Skills: Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling marketing content with strong storytelling techniques. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin). Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
