Risk Monitoring and Incident Response Monitor real-time transactions, deposits, and withdrawals to identify anomalous patterns and potential fraudulent activities. Promptly respond to and triage various risk alerts, conducting initial investigations and taking appropriate preliminary containment actions. Assist operational and security teams in the initial handling of risk incidents. Business Risk Assessment & Control Implementation Participate in the risk assessment process for new products, features, and business initiatives, identifying potential vulnerabilities and proposing risk control requirements. Conduct regular risk identification and assessments across the platform, executing risk mitigation plans or leading targeted remediation for high-risk areas. Assist in the development and refinement of internal risk control policies, strategies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and related documentation. Monitor trading activities to detect and investigate potential market manipulation schemes, such as pump-and-dump, spoofing, and wash trading. Execute necessary intervention measures in accordance with established protocols to maintain market integrity. Uphold fair and orderly trading practices, ensuring a transparent and trustworthy environment for all users. Analyze data from past risk events to identify trends, patterns, and key characteristics. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance existing risk control rules, models, and systems. Actively participate in the automation of risk control processes, advocating for the reduction of manual interventions (e.g., manual account unblocking) and promoting system-driven solutions. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a risk control, fraud prevention, financial investigation, or compliance role, preferably within the fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure. Familiarity with trading concepts and a good understanding of common market abuse techniques. Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and a strong sense of compliance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. High level of integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct.
