eCommerce Assistant

OneDegree is an InsurTech company with a virtual insurer licence granted by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority in 2020. Since then we have grown quickly into the leading Hong Kong virtual insurer, bringing consumers a seamless and instant insurance and claim experience through technology. We currently offer Pet, Fire, Critical Illness and Home Insurance and expect to expand coverage in the coming year. What you will be doing Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute partnership projects that align with business goals and objectives. Coordinate and support the implementation of partnership marketing initiatives, including the development of marketing collateral and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Contribute to overall partnership operational processes and administrative support to ensure partners’ satisfaction at onboarding and throughout ongoing management. Manage daily e‑commerce operations, including inventory, content development and order management. Provide off‑site support to company and partnership events, handle ad‑hoc duties and special projects assigned by the direct manager. Render administrative support to the team (reporting, inventory monitoring, coordination with partners, follow‑up on partner and customer requests or enquiries, billing and payment). Ensure quality and timely delivery of work adhering to internal procedures and guidelines. What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of working experience; experience in partnership, business development, e‑commerce, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in handling detailed‑mind paperwork and managing multiple tasks to meet tight timelines. Dynamic and able to cope with a fast‑paced working environment. Strong communication and time‑management skills. Organised with ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
