Operations Manager (VATP Crypto Exchange) 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Oversee order flow, execution, clearing, settlement, and reconciliations. Facilitate both listed and off-platform trades and resolve trade breaks with quick escalation. Wallet management Run hot/warm/cold wallets with clear access controls and dual approval. Manage address whitelisting and withdrawal approvals. Monitor network fees and transaction status. ETF Operations Handle create/redeem flows with APs/market makers. Coordinate cut-offs, NAV support, and reconciliations. Client asset custodial support. Risk, Controls, and Compliance Maintain maker-checker and on-chain/fiat/custody reconciliations. Embed KYC/AML/KYT checks in funding/withdrawals. Follow SFC VATP requirements and internal SOPs. Process Improvement and Tools Map workflows, remove manual steps, and automate where possible. Provide requirements and UAT for wallet systems and recon tools. Reporting and Incident Handling Produce daily/weekly ops KPIs (breaks, settlement, reconciliations). Prepare ops response during incidents and complete post-mortems. Requirements 3+ years in trading operations at an exchange, broker, custodian, asset manager, or crypto platform. Hands‑on with trade lifecycle for spot and derivatives. Experience with ETF lifecycle (AP/MM coordination, create/redeem, NAV support). Strong systematic thinking; good at simplifying processes and detecting risks. Comfortable with data/reconciliations; Excel required, Python a plus. Knowledge of HK SFC VATP rules and client asset segregation. Mandarin required; Cantonese/English a plus. Can‑do attitude will be highly valued. Nice to Have Worked at a licensed VATP or regulated HK firm. Exposure to KYC and onboarding. Experience launching new tokens/products.
