In 2024, its unaudited operating revenue reached approximately USD 378 million, with net assets amounting to USD 247 million. Job Responsibilities 1. Coordinate the capital planning, position scheduling and foreign exchange management of the US company to ensure the timeliness and security of the company's capital receipts and payments. 2. Complete accounting calculations, report preparation, etc., to ensure the compliance of accounting and the accuracy of the reports issued. 3. Be familiar with international taxation, be able to quickly learn and understand the US tax environment and tax practice, and complete various tax tasks in a timely and accurate manner to ensure tax compliance. 4. Reasonably carry out tax planning and strive for tax preferential policies. Job Requirements 1. Location: Hong Kong, with occasional business trips to Dongguan and Shenzhen; 2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above through regular enrollment; Major: Accounting, taxation, finance, or related fields; 3. Language: English at CET-6 level or above, strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for effective collaboration with overseas and mainland teams; 4. Experience: At least 5 years of international tax, finance, or audit experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in tax management at Big Four accounting firms, multinational corporations, or large enterprises; 5. Practical experience in tax filing and compliance, awareness of tax optimization; Solid financial foundation with independent handling of full accounting processes and financial statement preparation, basic data analysis skills; Strong learning ability, communication skills, and project management capabilities; Integrity, honesty, and professional dedication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
