NGO-Program Manager, Capacity Building (Secondary Schools) ConnectedGroup is supporting a local non‑profit organization dedicated to capacity building and development of educators primarily within the secondary school space. We are looking for a Program Manager. Reporting into senior leadership, you will conduct research to stay at the forefront of education trends, design and facilitate programs for capacity building of education leaders, and shape or enhance existing programs. You will work with global partners and continue to build relationships and communities with local and global stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead research and inquiry‑based discussions to understand the education landscape and create opportunities for capacity building and growth among education leaders, as well as future program development opportunities. Support and actively participate in program design, aligning goals, assessments and follow‑ups, having capacity to adapt and adopt new practices, or introduce new initiatives. Design and facilitate high‑quality workshops. Partner with local and international experts to localise and co‑create content. Gather participant feedback and evidence of knowledge application, and refine designs and facilitation to enhance effectiveness and demonstrate impact. Requirements: Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in education, social sciences, public policy, or related. 5+ years of work experience, ideally in adult learning facilitation, professional learning design, or program management in education. Research experience, with capacity to implement findings into actionable strategies / programs. Strong understanding of Hong Kong's education context, and diverse school structures. Having worked with secondary schools and educators is highly preferred. Excellent communicator with strong facilitator and program delivery skills, and the confidence to lead conversations with more senior stakeholders. Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with the capacity to multi‑task and work with a range of diverse stakeholders. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required (written and spoken).
