Assistant Manager

Responsibilities Provide efficient and effective administrative support to HR function. Responsible for daily HR administration works including staff movement, payroll, HRIS, attendance, leave, compensation & benefits, reports, personnel records, employee relations and other HR ad‑hoc projects. Responsible for performing monthly payroll, final payment and MPF administration etc. Assist and coordinate recruitment activities to select and recruit suitable candidates to fill up all position openings on time. Update and manage the HRIS to maintain accurate data and ensure data privacy be upheld at all times. Arrange training for staff in accordance with the annual training plans and budget. Manage HR operation and administration within department guidelines. Perform other ad‑hoc / related duties as assigned by management to support Human Resources Department. Job Requirements University degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline. At least 3 years working experience in Human Resources function. Well versed in Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong and other employment‑related legislation. High integrity, able to work independently. Well organized, attention to details and work accuracy is a must requirement. Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, HRIS and Chinese typing. Written and spoken Chinese and English including Putonghua speaking. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Human Resources.
