We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth in the dynamic cloud and Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS) industry. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about B2B technology marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities (Focus on Execution & Support) Content & Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of compelling content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and the company website. Digital Marketing Execution: Execute tactical digital marketing tasks, including basic SEO optimization, email campaign setup, and social media scheduling. Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics for industry events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up. Administrative Support: Support the Marketing Manager in managing vendor relationships, co-marketing materials, and ensuring alignment with sales objectives. Performance Monitoring: Track and compile data on campaign performance (e.g., email open rates, website traffic) for review and analysis. Research: Conduct research on cloud industry trends, competitive activities, and potential marketing opportunities. Asset Management: Organize and maintain the library of marketing assets, templates, and collateral. Qualifications (Focus on Foundational Skills) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields. 1+ years of experience (or a strong internship background) in B2B marketing, preferably in the cloud, IT, or SaaS/XaaS industry. Basic understanding and practical experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media posting, basic email setup). Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, or similar email/CRM systems is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese is a must.
