Responsibilities Implement the business strategy of treasury functions and ensure meeting the profit objectives set. Utilize solid financial product and risk knowledge, and maintain sensitivity to the market to dynamically capture customer needs and potential market opportunities. Focus on customer needs, remain sensitive to risks, pay attention to compliance principles, and strive for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement all policies and guidelines as decided by BOC Limited, BOC Hong Kong, and Management to ensure the smooth running of treasury operations. Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, internal and external policies and guidelines pertaining to all treasury operations, including foreign exchange and money market operations. Adhere strictly to the dealing limits set by Management and report any breaches to HO/Management for immediate ratification. Ensure that the bank’s liability requirements are funded in the most effective and economical manner. Maintain a portfolio of quality and marketable money market instruments for investment, aimed at optimizing returns within the framework of acceptable risks approved by HO/Management. Coach, guide, and transfer banking skills, knowledge, and technicalities to staff. Stay abreast of the Financial Market Policies of BOCHK and BOC Limited, review the policies, and recommend necessary enhancements/localization for better alignment of practices while conforming to the local regulatory framework. Willing to work at the Southeast Asian branch of BOCHK. Requirements Professional qualifications in CFA, FRM, or equivalent will be an advantage. Ten or more years of relevant experience in financial markets, including products, money market liquidity management, etc. Profound knowledge and understanding of the relevant regulations and policies of financial markets. Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills. Problem‑solving skills with a positive attitude. Strong determination and sense of responsibility.
