Add expected salary to your profile for insights Responsibilities: Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis, for all production sites Implement cost accounting processes for the new production sites Develop detailed financial plans and cost forecasts to support strategic decision‑making Conduct on‑site reviews with production facilities to analyze manufacturing costs and align with operational workflows Identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and financial insights to senior management Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure cost management strategies align with business objectives Support inventory valuation and control processes to ensure accurate financial reporting Lead and manage the cost accounting team to ensure efficient execution of all cost‑related activities Train team members to enhance their professional skills and performance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with CIMA finalist or equivalent Minimum of 8‑10 years’ experience in cost accounting or FP&A, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry Matured, well organized, initiative and able to work independently and under pressure Strong analytical skills and sound business knowledge A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Familiar with Microsoft Office software and ERP system, QAD is preferable Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin Travel to Dongguan frequently Immediate availability is preferred Benefits & Others: 5 Days Work Flexible Working Hour Discretionary Bonus Birthday Leave & Gift 14 days of Annual Leave Group Medical Application Instructions: Interested parties please click "Quick Apply" to send full resume with the date of availability and expected salary Or post it to "The Group HR Department, Karrie International Holdings Limited, 9/F, Southeast Industrial Building, 611‑619 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, N.T."
