Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Growth & Operations Manager to drive our community growth, forge strategic partnerships, and amplify our brand across the globe. You will be the linchpin for our social media presence, KOL relationships, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate is a crypto-native professional with a proven track record in growing Web3 communities and a deep network within the industry. Key Responsibilities 1/ Social Media & Community Management Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across key Web3 platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (threads, graphics, videos) that communicates our project's vision and updates. Foster a positive, active, and inclusive community environment by engaging with users and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize growth and engagement strategies. 2/ KOL & Influencer Management Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and content creators across different regions. Plan and execute end-to-end KOL marketing campaigns, including AMAs, shill campaigns, reviews, and collaborative content. Manage the KOL budget, track campaign performance, and measure ROI. 3/ Business Development & Partnerships Source, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with other Web3 projects, protocols, exchanges, and media outlets. Develop co-marketing initiatives and collaborative campaigns to drive mutual growth. Act as a key representative of our project at virtual and physical industry events. 4/ Growth Initiatives Conceptualize and manage growth initiatives and campaigns such as airdrops, gleam contests, and referral programs to acquire new users. Plan and host online/offline community events (e.g., AMAs, Twitter Spaces, meetups). Qualifications & Experience Must have 2-3+ years of hands‑on experience in marketing, growth, or business development within the Web3/crypto space. Demonstrable experience in growing social media channels (particularly Twitter & Discord) and managing online communities. A proven network of contacts with Web3 KOLs, projects, VCs, and exchanges. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and the current Web3 landscape. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus). What We Offer A competitive salary and token allocation package.
