About The Job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Delivery Department in Hong Kong, the Delivery Service Driver is to ensure guest order is delivered on time with top quality of service. The Delivery Service Driver reports to the Cake Shop Manager. Responsibilities Drive the delivery vehicles only as instructed by the Cake Shop Manager. Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws. Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries. Deliver guest order to the correct location as per delivery instructions. Maintain accurate delivery daily logs and records. Follow safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety. Report vehicle issues or delays in a timely manner. Assist with Cake Shop inventory checks and restocking as needed. Keep the delivery vehicle neat, tidy, clean, always polished and in good condition. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Cake Shop in‑charge from time to time. Ensure the delivery service runner delivers the guest order on time. Qualifications & Experience Holder of valid driving licence for category 1 or 2. 3-5 years driving experience. Minimum 2 years driving experience with a good driving record.
