VP, Contract Management and Legal Services, Legal and Compliance Key Accountabilities Review of legal documents related to securities, investment banking and corporate transactions; Conduct legal research and analysis relevant laws, regulations, and market practices; Support the Legal Team in drafting internal and headquarter reports and other related materials and ensure all deadlines are met; Assess and mitigate legal, regulatory and documentation risks relating to the business; Liaise with internal functions, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required; Review and monitor internal policies and procedures; Perform other tasks as required by management. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; 3 to 8 years of experience, prior experience in securities company and investment banking legal work or working at law firms covering investment banking work is preferred; Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage; Excellent analytical and organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is required; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; High level of attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
