Assistant Vice President, Customer Journey and Engagement We are currently seeking a high‑caliber professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Customer Journey and Engagement (13718). In This Role You Will Boost HSBC Business Go (BG) platform traffic by preparing, publishing, and maintaining articles and content relevant to SMEs; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate. Support planning and implementation of on‑page Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies, including content optimisation, meta tags, and headings to improve search engine ranking of platform content. Prepare articles and content to support commercialisation and adoption of the Bank’s products and services, including connected banking capabilities. Review and, if necessary, edit articles submitted by connected banking partners and members to ensure the content aligns with HSBC’s and BG platform content policy. Track BG platform usage performance. To Be Successful You Will Need University graduate with extensive general banking experience, including exposure in commercial banking, business development, and banking products. Understand commercial banking products and HSBC’s connected banking capabilities. Effective communication, interpersonal, project‑management, and presentation skills. Solid writing skills in English and Chinese, versatile in language styles commonly used in Hong Kong and mainland China. Strong drive and self‑motivation. Solid quantitative skills and ability to turn data into insights. Organised with the ability to work independently. Candidates with knowledge or experience in SEO management will be an advantage.
