Human Resources Manager - Hospitality - Up to HK$51K per month Add expected salary to your profile for insights Human Resources Manager (Hospitality or Private members club) Job Summary: The HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions at Private Members Club Company. This role will focus on HR transformation, all round HR functions and operation, especially in Recruitment & Training as well as involves partnering with department heads and line managers to provide HR advice and solutions, implement best practices, and align HR strategies with the company’s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: HR Functions: Deliver comprehensive HR services, including compensation and benefits, training & development and recruitment. Recruitment: developing effective strategies, managing candidate sourcing and screening, and overseeing the onboarding process to attract and integrate top talent. Training & Development: Provide strategic training initiatives for staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement. HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic HR partner to department heads, offering insights and solutions that support business objectives. Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and refine HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement. HR Projects: Lead various HR projects, including salary reviews and benchmarking, KPI setting and measurement for managers, and performance management systems for all staff levels. Performance Management: Develop and manage a performance management bonus system for rank-and-file employees to drive motivation and achievement. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR management or business partnering. Prefer experience working in hospitality or private members club . Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Experienced in forming the team for cohesive delivery of the service training and company loyalty culture training for their career progress. Proven experience in implementing HR programs and strategic initiatives. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
