This role is well-suited to someone able to balance organizational priorities with a strong commitment to delivering a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. Responsibilities Lead internal recruitment and selection activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high quality hires Drive workforce planning processes, balancing business needs and workforce budgets Manage end‑to‑end apprentice and talent program recruitment and deployment Support internal transfers and promotions, safeguarding a positive candidate journey Leverage data and recruitment tools to improve processes and deliver insight Partner with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (HR designation preferred) 15+ years experience in Human Capital / Talent Acquisition Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills Expertise in workforce planning, recruitment processes, and HR data analysis Experience in driving nationalization or localization programs is a plus Additional Information Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Human Resources Industries: Staffing and Recruiting and Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
