The Hong Kong office of Zhong Lun is a well-established practice with over 30 years of experience serving a broad range of clients, ranging from large multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, domestic corporations, financial institutions and private clients. Our legal services include corporate and individual tax advisory and compliance; private wealth and succession planning; capital markets and M&A; corporate commercial; employment; intellectual property; litigation and dispute resolution; migration practice; real estate; securities regulatory and enforcement; and philanthropy. Minimum 2 years experience in compliance, primarily working on compliance matters for Hong Kong listed companies. Assisting other capital markets related works. Reviewing/drafting offering circular or other disclosure documents. Assisting with simple drafting of commercial agreements. Assisting with collation and preparation of conditions precedent. Liaising with external parties. Legal research where required. Education: LLB or LLM, PCLL is a plus but not a must-have.
