Our client, a leading 3PL logistics company, is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team and ensure top-notch service to key clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of Customer Service Representatives Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick solutions Build strong relationships with key clients Oversee order processing, shipping instructions, and documentation Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to solve billing, tracking, and service issues Monitor KPIs like CSAT, response times, and resolution rates Requirements 5+ years of customer service experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role (Retail/FMCG experience preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Good command of English and Chinese Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior post Career International AP (Hong Kong) Limited, Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District, HK #J-18808-Ljbffr
