Which is why we’re seeking a Duty Engineer for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong to ensure the hotel equipment is operated in accordance with Kimpton standards and to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction. A little taste of your day-to-day Handling new hotel projects Supervising the Engineering team and contractors to carry out routine maintenance work and in-house operation Managing hotel in-house coordination, fire system and Building Management System Executing the Preventive Maintenance Programme Monitoring the Utilities Consumption and Daily Operation Reporting to the Director of Engineering What We Need From You A minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel engineering operation A diploma in building services engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering science or equivalent Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) Experience on handling hotel operation and fire services systems Strong technical hands‑on skills Overnight shift is required Good communication and coaching skills Good command in spoken English and Chinese What You Can Expect From Us We give our people everything they need to succeed: a competitive salary, a wide range of benefits designed to help you live your best work life – including a full uniform, impressive room discounts, and some of the best training in the business.
