Principal Responsibilities Champion the adoption and integration of emerging technologies to enable AI-powered customer lifecycle management (CLCM) and drive CRM transformation for scalable business growth Formulate CRM strategic roadmap to facilitate delivery of WPB business priorities Set the strategic direction for CRM across multiple locations, leading multi-functional teams and cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation Oversee the execution of CRM transformation projects, including the development of automation tools for customer targeting and content creation Maximise messaging commercialisation through continuous optimisation, experimentation and data-driven insights to increase product take-up and usage rates Develop and lead initiatives to upskill CRM staff, expanding product domain expertise and promoting a quality-first mindset to enhance delivery standards and operational efficiency Requirements Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in data analytics, CRM, Transformation, process consulting or a related field. Proven experience in leading CRM functions with a track record of driving transformation and technology adoption, ideally within a large-scale retail or financial services business Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. A post-graduation degree is a plus. A forward-looking leader with innovative thinking Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-functional, geographically dispersed teams and setting strategic vision Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies in customer engagement and CRM automation Commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in campaign optimisation, and reimagining how to elevate customer growth and relationship deepening.
