Technical Business Analyst - Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Our client is a global leader in supply chain solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative services and exceptional value to clients worldwide. As part of their strategic growth, they are expanding their Data Management and Analytics team and are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Business Analyst to lead logistics data projects. Key Responsibilities Lead digital innovation by identifying opportunities to introduce intelligent products and data‑driven solutions that transform business operations. Perform deep‑drive data analysis to uncover trends, highlight opportunities, and recommend forward‑thinking product enhancements. Assess current systems and workflows, analyze user requirements, and prioritize improvements to maximize efficiency. Partner with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure alignment across teams. Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, vendors, and business units to refine specifications for data‑centric projects. Support end‑users through user acceptance testing, training sessions, and timely assistance to ensure smooth adoption of solutions. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; exposure to freight forwarding or logistics is advantageous but not essential. Strong capability in business process modelling and requirements gathering, with proven ability to translate needs into actionable solutions. Hands‑on experience with SQL for data querying and analysis. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage cross‑functional teams and deliver clear, concise support to end‑users. Skilled in mapping current and future state processes and conducting gap analyses to drive continuous improvement. Solid understanding of business processes, technical systems, and software development methodologies. Experience managing external vendors and internal teams throughout the product lifecycle.
