The company is recognized for its market presence and advanced digital initiatives. Job Description Collaborate with business units and technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Gather and document business requirements through engagement with end users and stakeholders. Analyze operational processes, organize workflows, and propose modifications to optimize efficiency. Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation to support system development and testing. Validate requirements through analysis, testing, demonstrations, and inspections. Create user stories and manage stakeholder expectations. Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables. Provide solutions and recommendations to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (technical or non-technical). Prior experience in the insurance industry is essential. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies; responsible and adaptable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; flexible with working hours. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; disciplined in project scheduling. Ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams. Familiarity with individual insurance products and a solid understanding of business operations and processes. Hands-on experience with Agile practices , including user story creation. Skilled in problem-solving and root cause analysis; able to anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans. Confident in delivering presentations to diverse audiences. Experience mentoring junior Business Analysts. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Chinese Word Processing, and SQL. Exceptional communication skills‑able to articulate business processes and ideas clearly in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written, including Traditional Chinese).
