Infrastructure Specialist (Government Projects) Client Description Company: This organization is a leading provider of IT solutions, specializing in system support and infrastructure management. They offer innovative technology services that improve operational efficiency for various clients. Location: Tseung Kwan O Nature: Contract (Secondment, 1-Year Renewable) Job Description Support government projects with system support, including VMware, Windows, MSSQL, and MySQL. Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and configuration. Suggest performance enhancements to the IT project lead. Assist with the implementation of IT projects. Maintain operational procedures and manage server and IT asset inventory. Perform ad-hoc duties at on-site data centers or customer locations. Provide after-hours support as required. Job Requirements 5 to 7 years of hands‑on experience in network design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, with strong technical analysis skills. In-depth knowledge of VMware, Windows, and databases. Preferred expertise in database administration. Relevant certifications such as VCP and MCP are highly valued.
