Associate, Specialist, Business Analyst, Institutional Banking Group Technology Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Description We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our IBGT Customer Management and Lending team as a Business Analyst. This role will require strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements. As part of our technology team, you assess the existing systems and infrastructure of the organization to form a high‑level view of both present capabilities and future opportunities for upgrade and improvement. Our ideal candidate has prior experience as a technology and business analyst, comprehensive knowledge of corporate IT systems and processes, and superb organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services. Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with Technical and Non‑Technical team members. Facilitating effective communication among stakeholders across regions, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non‑technical stakeholders, vice versa. Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects. Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services. Analyzing and improving the performance of web‑based customer portals and support services. Ensuring end‑user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments. Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture. Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering, and minimum 2 years’ related work experience. Professional experience in business analysis or IT consultancy is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail, able to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies. Excellent organizational and communication abilities, including verbal, written and presentation skills. Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders, including business users, development teams, and senior management. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment. Ability to work both independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
