Key Requirements Hold a Bachelor Degree in Education, or a Bachelor Degree in any subject with a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate of Education) or equivalent. Hold a relevant qualification in special educational needs (SEN) provision. Have a minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a special school or inclusive learning support setting. Demonstrate a genuine commitment to the JCSRS mission and a passion for inclusive education. Possess the ability to create a neuroaffirming, strengths‑based classroom environment. Be a highly collaborative, excellent communicator, and a positive, enthusiastic member of our community. Be a reflective practitioner, open to learning, innovation, and change.
