Key Responsibilities:- Prepare food items according to set recipes and Hotel’s standards.
- Ensure the hygiene standards in the food preparation and service areas are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and storage of ingredients.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotels or Staff Canteen.
- Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to rotate across shifts (early morning shift starts at 5:00 a.m. and night shift starts at 3:00 p.m.).
