The Job Lead the creation of solution architectures considering business needs and technology limitations, selecting technology standards, describing configuration paradigms and identifying demand for reference architecture. Provide technology and architecture advice on various business and technology solutions. Develop and maintain the architecture target status and strategic roadmap of enterprise architecture to ensure solutions being implemented now and in the future are aligned. Undertake analysis of the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend improvement solutions. Work closely with Regional Architecture to ensure local architecture standards, frameworks, policies and guidelines are aligned. Lead and drive initiatives of IT common platforms independently. Prepare IT presentation materials and conduct presentations for various key stakeholders. Harmonize IT teams to engage and deliver project initiatives within budget and timeline. Ensure project delivery conforms to the company’s requirements and corporate objectives, adhering to scope, schedule and budgets within the PMO framework. Ensure adherence to project prioritization mechanisms and facilitate required processes. Ensure all architectural solutions are reliable, resilient and comply with local architecture standards. The Person University degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent, minimum 10 years’ related working experience and at least 5 years in a managerial position (Architecture preferred). Extensive information systems design and delivery experience involving enterprise‑level architecture, systems and databases. Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture and Governance. Proven ability to identify innovative opportunities, define and deliver innovative business functions. Experience designing enterprise services across multiple domains in a large enterprise environment. In‑depth knowledge and practical experience in Microservices, OpenAPI and Kubernetes platform. Understanding of application, data, infrastructure and cybersecurity principles and practices. Solid experience and knowledge in DevOps, DevSecOps and FinOps. Experience building enterprise open‑cloud platform (AWS / Azure). Relevant certifications such as Azure/AWS Certified Solutions Architect are an asset. Knowledge in project management (Waterfall/Agile Scrum) and good communication skills, able to work with user departments and vendors. Analytical mind‑set and ability to work under pressure. Innovative with strong presentation and communication skills. Good team player, self‑initiative and pro‑active.
