About the Opportunity We are seeking a talented and experienced Trading Product Director to join our dynamic team. As a Trading Product Director, you will be responsible for driving product growth and execution of our crypto-related products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the crypto landscape, possess strong data analytical and communication skills, and be passionate about driving innovation in the crypto industry. What You'll Be Doing: Product Coverage: Excellent opportunity to touch the whole spectrum of trading, including manual trading, copy trading, trading bot, API and any other fundamental trading related topics. Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation by developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and scaling successful growth initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure OKX remains at the forefront of product innovation. Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's vision and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define clear product specifications. Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other relevant teams to drive the development process from ideation to launch. Collaborate with developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, and address any technical challenges that arise. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that harness the power of product features to drive natural user acquisition and retention. Spearhead initiatives to create viral growth loops within the product ecosystem. User Conversion, Retention, and Reactivation: Design, implement, and optimize product-led experiments to boost user conversion rates, increase retention, and reactivate dormant users. Analyze user behavior data to continuously refine growth strategies and improve the overall user journey. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities. Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to growth initiatives. Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced data analytics to track performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and inform strategic decisions. Implement agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous improvement of growth experiments. Market Expansion: Drive the end-to-end growth process in the European and American markets, leveraging your direct experience in launching and scaling products from scratch. Develop tailored go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and establish strong product-market fit. Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring smooth product adoption. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including local market executives, engineering teams, and business development teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels. What We Look For In You: Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Director, preferably in an internet company or established crypto company. Demonstrated success in driving product growth. User-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centric design principles. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven product decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools and conducting A/B testing. Crypto Knowledge: Sufficient understanding of cryptocurrencies, centralized (Cefi) or decentralized finance (DeFi), and related concepts. Familiarity with major crypto exchanges, wallets, and crypto trading would be a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Win as a team: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving consensus and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving industry and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
