Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Stay abreast of industry trends, UAV technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Travel within Asia to meet with clients and attend industry events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in UAV/drone, digital twin, or related technology industries. Strong understanding of UAV/drone technology, its applications, benefits, and challenges. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
