Section Head, Treasury Transaction Settlement Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 3328) is one of the oldest banks in China, and also acts as one of the country’s banknote‑issuing institutions. The bank was listed on the Hong Kong and Shanghai Stock Exchanges in 2005 and 2007 respectively, and operates 30 provincial branches, plus 2,637 operating locations in 173 cities across China and overseas centers in Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Singapore, Seoul, Frankfurt, Macau, Ho Chi Minh City, Sydney, as well as a subsidiary in the U.K. and a representative office in Taipei. BOCOM’s strategy is to become a first‑class listed universal banking group, focusing on international expansion and wealth‑management specialization. Responsibilities Monitor the trade verification and operation support of various treasury products. Review collateral management by preparing relevant reports, monitoring the status of margin calls and preparing collateral movement for certain products. Review transaction reporting according to regulatory requirements. Participate in systems development and testing when needed. Handle inquiries from front desk, counterparties and clients. Assist in any ad‑hoc duties and projects. Qualifications Degree holder in a related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience. Sound knowledge of treasury products (e.g., FX, MM, BOND, IRS); knowledge of OTC derivatives is preferred. Sound knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS and strong PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage. Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, independence and proactivity.
