The Job The incumbent is responsible for the site inspection of all building services, electrical and mechanical services works. He or she is also required to prepare the relevant documents for site inspections of the BS/E&M services installations and to monitor the site work progress of the BS/E&M services installations. Requirements Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade “E” in HKCEE, or equivalent. At least ten (10) years relevant site experience including five (5) years post‑qualification experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector work. Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage: Occupation Safety and Health Management Course. Basic Accident Prevention Course. Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card).
