Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Engineer (Business Automation) We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure. Our Team The Business Automation team builds innovative software, tooling and automation used to operate the world's most secure cryptocurrency company. About this Role We're looking for self driven experimenters who can help drive improvements for a constantly changing business. We like candidates that love to learn, share knowledge, and who have problem solving mindsets. You will be working with the all internal teams of Crypto.com on high availability products and tooling critical to Crypto.com's success. Some of the areas you will be contributing heavily to: Compliance/KYC Customer Service Payments/Risk New product requirements Trading Blockchain Responsibilities Build new software, tooling and automation for the internal teams of Crypto.com Iterate and improve on distributed and mission critical services Manage project priorities and deliver high quality, tested code End-to-end web or mobile application development Strong knowledge of one backend language (preferably Elixir, Node.js or Ruby) Experience in one of the following: a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, etc), Kotlin, or Swift Test Driven Development General experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases Good to have Ability to teach and mentor others Domain Driven Design Functional Programming DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure) Distributed System Design Event Driven Design Service/site reliability experience Application monitoring Observability tooling Blockchain/Web3 Development Account Auditing Compliance and KYC Customer Relations Management Life @ Crypto.com Empowered to think big.
