Job Responsibilities:
- Handling user requests of computer hardware and software maintenance services
- Supporting IT help desk services and hardware/software problem management
- Providing onsite services at branches/departments offices for problem solving
- Monitor Infrastructure systems and implementation
Minimum Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
- Experience in cloud, network, Windows Server, VMware
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Specialist
