BIM Engineer

Qualifications Degree in Civil / Geotechnical / Structural Engineering. Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil / Building Services Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university for Project Coordinator. For Engineer or above, at least 5 years’ relevant experience in supervision or construction of works. For Project Coordinator or above, at least 3 years’ experience in construction project. For BIM Engineer or above, at least 2 years’ relevant experience in BIM modeling. Certificate or above in Building / Construction Engineering or related disciplines. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks is required. Willingness to learn and use other BIM tools. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Team‑oriented and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Engineer: Responsible for technical submissions involving design, drawings, specifications, contracts and reports to clients; prepare temporary works design and method statements; coordinate with design consultants, project teams, government authorities, and clients for design approvals; coordinate with subcontractors on logistics and scheduling; organise, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings; document and follow up on decisions; prepare presentation materials. Project Coordinator: Responsible for technical submissions related to ABWF items to clients; prepare method statements and coordinate approvals with design consultants, project teams, government authorities, and clients; coordinate with subcontractors on logistics and schedules; organise, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings; document decisions and follow up; prepare presentation materials. BIM Engineer: Monitor overall BIM model work progress of projects; liaise with consultant teams for problem solving; prepare BIM models under engineers’ instruction; manage project schedule, quality, and internal manpower arrangement for BIM projects; present BIM deliverables to clients.
