Executive Investment Consultant - Hang Seng Bank (HK) Join us at Hang Seng Bank to make a real impression in wealth management, delivering tailored investment solutions across our wide branch network. Retail Distribution Our Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management. With 254 branches, 50 Prestige Banking Centres, we serve the adult population across Hong Kong. Principal Responsibilities Conduct customer portfolio analysis to identify cross‑selling investment product opportunities. Leverage wealth‑management solutions such as bonds, structured products, and mutual funds to meet high‑net‑worth customers’ financial goals based on risk appetite. Facilitate and implement strategies to uplift sales productivity and expand investment sales in the HNW segment. Achieve sales targets by collaborating with Prestige Private CRM and other Customer Relationship Managers to conduct pre‑case studies, share sales tactics on investment products, and carry out joint‑call activities proactively. Maintain a high standard of customer service and respond positively to customer requests. Support branch sales by sharing sales tactics and providing briefing sessions on investment products. Conduct tele‑prospecting to explore new business opportunities; provide follow‑through services to customers, update compliance requirements, and deliver market updates to sales staff. Requirements University degree in Business Administration or related discipline; professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or CFMP an advantage. Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) are advantageous. Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination, IIQE, and fulfill competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. Proven experience in retail banking with strong knowledge of investment products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Sound investment consultation and presentation skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese. Customer‑centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively. Demonstrated situational awareness, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment. High level of customer centricity, with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customers.
