Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team. Responsibilities Oversee brand and communication performance tracking across multiple markets, managing research and agency partners independently. Design and execute both quantitative and qualitative research frameworks to guide strategic and marketing decisions. Identify market dynamics, emerging trends, and cultural insights to drive brand innovation and communication strategy. Synthesize data from various internal and external sources to uncover insights that inform strategic priorities. Translate research findings into impactful narratives that enhance understanding of current and future consumer behaviors. Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose business challenges and deliver actionable insight-driven solutions. Provide senior management with evidence-based recommendations, combining analytical rigor with the ability to bring clarity in ambiguous situations. Manage research operations and vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Stay ahead of industry innovations and technologies; experience collaborating with technology teams to develop scalable insight platforms is preferred. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience with regional market exposure. Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines. Proven expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies; open to exploring emerging techniques. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
