Assistant Manager, Trade Finance Operations (1-year Contract) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Responsibilities Handle Import Letter of Credit issuance and manage Import and Export Letter of Credit documents examination; Handle Financial Institution transactions, including LC forfaiting, risk participation, invoice refinancing and etc; Review Facility Letters and process credit facility record; and conduct limit checking for trade transactions and follow up; Handle Import and Export Invoice financing and factoring; Provide technical advices to customers to resolve transaction irregularities; Proceed AML/CFT checking; and participate in the UATs; and Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments. Requirements Bachelor of Business or related studies; 2 - 4 years of experience in processing LC issuance and/or or Import and Export documents examination; Exposure in processing payment, settlement and/ or Import & Export invoice financing, Good knowledge in ICC rules and familiar with trade operation practices; Well-versed in both spoken and written English, Chinese, Putonghua; and Conversant with MS office applications and Chinese word processing.
