Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global multilingual SEO strategies encompassing keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink building, and technical architecture enhancements to boost search rankings for core business pages (e.g., trading pairs, product pages, industry insights).
  • Tailor strategies to regional differences (e.g., Europe, U.S., Asia) by optimizing localized keywords and adapting to compliance requirements (e.g., regulatory policies).
Technical Optimization & On-Site Management
  • Lead technical SEO improvements, including code streamlining, page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup, ensuring search engine compatibility.
  • Design and monitor internal linking structures to optimize page authority distribution and enhance crawler efficiency for critical content pages.
  • Guide content teams to produce high-value, SEO-driven content (e.g., market analyses, trading guides, project reviews) that integrates target keywords while balancing readability and SEO metrics.
  • Build a high-quality backlink network through partnerships with industry media, authoritative forums, and KOL collaborations to boost domain authority.
Data Analysis & Iterative Optimization
  • Monitor core metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion paths) using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, delivering regular reports and refining strategies.
  • Track search algorithm updates (e.g., Google Core Updates) and adapt strategies to mitigate ranking fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to prioritize SEO needs during website revamps and product launches.
  • Explore emerging channels, such as voice search optimization and AI-generated content (AIGC) adaptation, to maintain technical foresight.
Requirements
  • Education : Preferred degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analysis, or related fields; familiarity with HTML/CSS, web crawling principles, and CMS systems.
  • Industry Experience : SEO expertise in cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, or cross-border internet platforms; deep knowledge of crypto user search behavior and keyword trends.
  • Tool Proficiency : Mastery of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Semrush) for technical audits and competitor analysis.
  • Compliance Awareness : Understanding of global crypto regulations (e.g., SEC policies, EU MiCA) to ensure legal alignment.
  • Language Skills : Fluent English for multilingual SEO content and global team collaboration; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Korean, Japanese) is a plus.
