Job Overview Founded in 1980, with over 45 years’ consultancy experience resulting in many thousands of student placements in UK schools and colleges, Academic Asia is one of the largest and most comprehensive educational agencies in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Manager. Stay informed on the latest admissions information, program updates, and institutional changes. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow-ups to ensure a high level of service and accountability. Assist in ad hoc assignments and provide support to the Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline together with 5 years of working experience. Knowledge of the UK, US, HK, Australia and Canada education system. Strong research and analytical skills to stay informed on market developments and provide data-driven recommendations. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively and under pressure. Proficient in MS Excel and sound PC knowledge, including Chinese processing input. Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Immediate availability. Application Process Immediate availability isanadvantage.
