Senior Marketing Executive (Beauty/Skin) Work in the dynamic and creative marketing team, grow and evolve the business of assigned brands. Develop and execute brand and marketing strategy for core brands including new product launch, social media initiatives, promotion activities, CRM campaigns, joint promotions and A&P budget to achieve brand and customer goals matching the rapid growth of the company timeframes effectively. Liaise with key contacts including brand principle, media agencies for product promotions and marketing activities. Ensure efficient and precise promotion communication across internal departments, agencies and business partners. Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance on a regular basis. Support exciting marketing assignments and ad-hoc projects. Job Requirements University degree holders or above – major in marketing is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office. At least 3 years of experience in marketing, especially in retail industry – Skincare or Supplement Product/Beauty/Lifestyle/FMCG preferred. Excellent communication skills, multi‑tasking and attention to detail. Is able to juggle multiple projects and multiple timelines. Believes and practices open and honest communication.
